So apparently there are creepypastas based off of Thomas the Tank Engine… Why?

It’s Thomas the f*cking Tank Engine! It’s one of those things that you shouldn’t make creepy, but then again these are creepypastas and they have a tendency of being based off of things that should not be made into creepypasta, there exists a Max and Ruby creepypasta just to give you an idea.

Also, this one comes from a different Creepypasta Wiki, this one comes from Geoshea’s Creepypasta Wiki, with the interesting motto of “You can never have enough creep”, which I do agree with, I do enjoy myself a bit of Radiohead. They also have a category for pastas read by Vailskibum94, that is not a good sign… but I digress.

Before this story begins it gives us a warning that this story is graphic… This does not appear on any other creepypasta on the site, so I must assume this is a deliberate choice by the writer. I’ll admit, I’m confused by this more than anything else, as, well it’s creepypasta, what do you expect? Not every creepypasta is bloody and gross with grotesque amounts of gore, but there are those out there and they don’t have warnings, because these stories aren’t for skittish people or children. Or maybe it goes above and beyond with the violence, I mean even more so than Daddy’s Little Princess, so… Maybe the warning is there to show that this is worse than your average creepypasta?

I wrote a whole paragraph and I haven’t even looked at the main story yet… Talk about nitpicking.

Aside from that, this is a typical lost episode creepypasta, the last one I reviewed was when I re-reviewed Squidward’s Suicide, my last real review of a lost episode pasta was I believe The Things Without Feelings, so I haven’t reviewed one in a while.

Now before I go on, can we please stop getting these creepypastas where they all say “It looked/sounded innocent”, I don’t need a justification of why you got it, the person you’re buying it for being a fan of Thomas the Tank Engine is enough of a reason, you don’t need to add “It seemed innocent enough”. Also it does make you look a bit bad as a parent, I mean I get not looking over the content of the DVD, but only if it’s from a place you trust, nothing is said about where the DVD was bought so, all I can gather is that this was bought from Strong Bad while he was riding a Black Unicorn down the Side of an Erupting Volcano somewhere in Muskoka, Ontario. That my friends, is how you really stretch for references…

Really that is all this creepypasta is, a normal lost episode creepypasta. It hits all the same notes, the person watches the “episode”, feels a strong emotion (In this case it’s anger more than anything, which is different I’ll give it that), destroys the disc, has a nightmare, wakes up with a knife and covered in blood… well that’s new.

The ending actually did catch me off guard, and I kinda liked it, I might even consider it one of the better endings to any creepypasta I reviewed. I won’t spoil the ending line, but I think it hit, not hard, but it did hit.

Aside from the ending, there is very little to recommend about this one. It’s a typical lost episode creepypasta that does very little to differentiate from the rest. It’s times like this that I don’t understand why people find comfort in conformity, it makes you more difficult to notice, and even really care about, but then again I’m an artist so I never cared about any of that to begin with.

I was pointed to another one entirely, but this was the first one I found. I doubt I'm going to look at anymore, lost episode creepypasta have become kinda a one trick pony.

Overall, I give this one a 4/10, I don’t think it’s readable enough to get a five, it’s kind of like white noise, or a repetitive electronic song, it’s nice as background noise, nothing much else.

If you haven’t already, feel free to read my previous review of Licking

Or you can read a classic review of mine Plankton Got Served

Thanks for reading!
