Dark poems vol. 1

Just a few poems I made of the top of my head, and a few that I remember writing a while ago.

A pain

I witness the glow
I feel the heat on my face
I feel a pain I've never felt before
nor will I feel again
I watch as I see others gathered around
To watch the pain and misery
of my burning alive.

The rope

I want to jump
tears are falling from my face
I jump
only the tears land

With no one

tears well in my eyes
but, there is no one to calm me
I stumble and limp over to my room
Although there is no one there to join me
I flop on my bed
without anybody there to be with
I wish the day never happened
I curse my killer.

Midnight killer

I awake
in the middle of the night
not very comfortable
wishing I could go back to sleep
I hear a whisper
From behind my head
I turn and look
To see a wall
I feel a hand touch my shoulder
I look around
and see it was nothing
nothing, but a rat
I brush it off
I hear a voice
"that wasn't nice,
How bout I brush you off?"
I turn and look
I see no more
than a smile that never went away.
